FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

GENERAL

  1. What is Outfit Loop?
    Outfit Loop is a rental service offering a curated selection of clothing items available through our website, social media, and other platforms.
  2. Who can rent from Outfit Loop?
    Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and older.
  3. Can I cancel or update my rental after placing an order?
    Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period, subject to a cancellation fee. Updates to orders may be possible before the item has been dispatched.

BOOKINGS AND FITTINGS

  1. How do I book an item?
    Simply browse our Platform, choose your items, and follow the checkout process. Payment is required at checkout to confirm the booking.
  2. Are fittings available?
    We currently do not offer fitting for our rental items. However, we provide detailed size charts on our Platform to help you find the perfect fit. If you have questions about sizing or need guidance, feel free to reach out to us via email or Instagram, and we’ll be happy to assist!
  3. What if the item doesn’t fit when I receive it?
    If the item doesn’t fit or has a defect, please notify us within 24 hours for a possible exchange or partial refund. The item must be returned within 24 hours of notification.

PAYMENTS

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept bank transfers, GCash, and credit/debit cards. 
  2. Do I have to pay the rental fee upfront?
    Yes, full payment is required at checkout. Any additional charges for damages or late returns will be invoiced separately.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

  1. How do I receive and return my rental items?
    You can either pick up your items or arrange for courier delivery at your own expense. Returns should be made to the original pick-up location, and return costs are also your responsibility.
  2. Can I request same-day delivery?
    Same-day delivery may be available depending on our schedule. Contact us directly to check availability and arrange rush delivery.
  3. How long can I keep the rented items?
    Our standard rental period is 4, 8, 14, or 20 days 
  4. What happens if I return an item late?
    A late fee of PHP 500 per day applies for each day the item is not returned.
  5. Do I need to clean the item before returning it?
    No, we handle cleaning and sanitizing all items. Please return them in their original condition and packaging.

LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

  1. What if I damage or lose an item?
    You are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period. Minor damage insurance is available for PHP 250, covering up to PHP 1,000 in repairs. For lost or irreparably damaged items, you may be charged the full market value.
  2. Can I alter or clean the item?
    No alterations or washing are permitted. Please take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  1. Can I get a refund if I cancel my rental?
    Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date. Cancellation fees apply: 5% for items under PHP 2,000 and 10% for items over PHP 2,000.
  2. What if I find a defect in the item upon delivery?
    If there is a defect, please notify us within 24 hours for an exchange or partial refund.

OTHER

  1. How does Outfit Loop ensure the quality of rented items?
    All items are cleaned, steamed, inspected, and pre-sanitized before each rental. We take great care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
  2. What if I have technical issues on your website?
    Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues with the Platform. We aim to resolve technical problems as quickly as possible.
